Terms of Service

These Terms govern services provided by Cornerstone Growth Partners LLC ("we," "us") to businesses that sign up for our services ("Client," "you").
1. Services
We provide Google review generation, past-customer reactivation campaigns, and review monitoring for local businesses. We send review requests and messages to the Client's customers on the Client's behalf.
2. Free Period and Billing
Setup is free. New clients may receive a free period, which begins at the kickoff call. After the free period, service is billed monthly at the price stated at signup. A card on file is required to start and is not charged until the free period ends. Payments are processed by Stripe.
3. Cancellation
Service is month-to-month. You may cancel anytime by emailing chris@cornerstonegrowthpartners.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
4. Client Responsibilities
- You will provide accurate business information and access to your Google Business Profile.
- You confirm that every customer contact you provide is a real customer of your business, and that you have the right to contact them.
- You will not ask us to offer incentives for reviews, to filter or block negative reviews, or to post fake reviews.
5. Google Policies and Results
We follow Google's review policies: every customer receives the same review link, and no incentives are offered. Reviews are left by your customers voluntarily, so we do not guarantee a specific number of reviews, ratings, or search rankings.
6. Text Messaging
Messages sent through our service include opt-out instructions. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle phone numbers and consent.
7. Case Studies
If you agree at signup, we may share your review results (for example, review count before and after) and your business name as a case study. You may withdraw this permission in writing at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, customer reviews or ratings, or actions taken by Google, phone carriers, or other third-party platforms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms or our pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continuing to use the service after that counts as acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
